internet tools gateway

This is a gateway to some of the most popular Internet utilites:

finger - displays information about the system users
nslookup - query Internet domain name servers
whois - looks up records in the Network Information Center (NIC) database
ssl - extract SSL (secure socket layer) information from a secure host
traceroute - print the route packets take to network host
ping - send query packets to network hosts
dig - domain information groper - used to gather information from the DNS servers

To use these:

Select query type, i.e. "Whois"
Type in query value, i.e. "fedex.com"
Click "Apply"

Keep in mind that these tools take a while to work - sometimes up to a minute. Please be patient.
